the apartments are sanitized following an advanced cleaning protocol

all linen sanitized at high temperatures

the staff on duty are equipped with masks

safety distances (1 m) are observed

CONDITIONS FOR REFUND DUE TO COVID-19***:

1. The country of origin requires the guest to quarantine upon return from their stay.

2. Suspension of extra-European flights.

3. Lockdown in the country of origin.

4. National or regional lockdown.

5. Italy does not accept people coming from the client's country of origin.

6. The guest has tested positive for the virus and is in quarantine or preventive quarantine.

***cancellation up to 7 days before with proven certification.

For all our clients who will not be able to enjoy their vacation due to Covid-19, we will issue a voucher that can be used within one year at our facility.
